Work With Me

Hello and Welcome.  I'm so glad you found me.  I'm Erika, an herbalist, medicine maker and farmer, living and working in northeastern New Mexico.

I am a practitioner of functional herbalism, which melds traditional herbal assessment with clinical nutrition and functional medicine.  

We will do an in-depth intake that takes a look at your concerns, the details of your whole body health, what you're wishing to change and the help you'd like in getting there.  

I strongly believe in personal autonomy around health and am here to assist you in your personal journey.  You will shape the direction of our work, and we will move at your pace.

I also believe that you and everyone should have access to competent and compassionate healthcare that meets their needs.  I strive to limit barriers to getting a consult with me.  I offer sliding scale consults, with a range down to free.  I also offer zoom and phone consults, and usually provide local house calls, just not right now because of COVID-19 public health measures.  Please let me know if you have anything getting in the way of making an appointment with me and I will do my best to work with other possibilities.  

As part of my work as an herbalist, I also provide support in navigating the healthcare system to get your needs met.  I acknowledge that the systems of oppression that we live within do not always allow for this to happen, and will navigate this with you to the best of my ability.
